Your submittal of the completed ballot must be received by August 31, 2005. Mailed in ballots must be post marked by the 10 th of each month and up to August 10 th for the last drawing. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.

Winner Selection/Notification: Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. On or about the 10 th of each month, a random drawing for the 1 Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received will be conducted. Any entries not timely received will be null and void. Winners will be notified by email, phone, postal mail and/or express mail at Direct Tape’s sole discretion. To qualify as a winner, selected entrant(s) must be in compliance with these Official Giveaway Rules.
